Rhonda was born and raised in the City of Toronto. In the early years she worked as a legal assistant in one of Canada’s top law firms, where she proudly co-chaired a highly successful United Way campaign. Rhonda loves to travel and has backpacked throughout the world on extended vacations. Her love for animals took her to Southern Africa, one of her most memorable trips, where she spent two months experiencing 7 countries and several safaris. When not travelling, Rhonda would spend her weekends and holidays skiing in Collingwood, a place she aspired to eventually call home. Her background includes running the operations of a small medical company and owning her own bookstore. From the age of 3, Rhonda was known to have a keen interest in real estate and knew many of the beautiful homes throughout Toronto. This passion would lead her to a career in real estate after her move to Collingwood. She will tell you that there is nothing more satisfying than helping people find their perfect home where memories are about to be created. Rhonda is now a member of two real estate boards and works both in the GTA and the areas surrounding Collingwood.

Born in St. Catharines, Lori’s family made the move to Collingwood when she was just 3 years old.
In 2006 Lori moved to Toronto where a job as an office administrator for a local real estate brokerage sparked an admiration for all things Real Estate. After only two short years, it became obvious that she missed home and it’s smalltown feeling.
In 2008, Lori, her husband and their fur babies packed up and moved back to the area and couldn’t be happier. It’s important to love where you live, and they’re delighted to call Clearview home.
After obtaining her Real Estate license, it was important for Lori to join a brokerage that shares similar values, which lead her to the Rioux Baker Team at Clairwood Real Estate. Their vast knowledge, prominent market stance and love for animals made it an easy choice. She couldn’t be happier to join a team that proudly supports the local humane society.
Being a homeowner herself, Lori takes pride in helping to navigate the process of buying or selling with empathy and compassion. With a passion for service in the beautiful Collingwood and Clearview areas, she is thrilled at the opportunity to assist with home buying and selling needs while making Real Estate goals a reality.
Cynthia was born in Toronto where she enjoyed 36 years working in the film and television industry as a Key Grip. Cynthia has worked on films and documentaries all over the world which has given her a unique perspective on life as well as an enormous appreciation for having been born in Canada.
In 2012, Cynthia and her husband moved into an Heritage home in Collingwood with their three dogs. She retired from the film business in 2016 and found trying to find a place to fit in after working in film was a challenge, but she finally landed in the real estate business because of its similarities in terms of working with a team in a quickly changing environment. She came to Clairwood earlier this year as Front Desk Reception/Administration. Prior to Clairwood she worked in real estate administration for another brokerage.
Selling or buying a home can be a stressful time for folks and Cynthia hopes hearing a friendly voice on the end of the phone helps make it easier. She enjoys being part of the great team at Clairwood. Cynthia continues to feed her love of images by also working as a photographer. You can see her work on her website: www.cynthiabarlowphotography.com.
When Clairwood Real Estate was established in 2006, Brenda came on board to help out with presentations on the new home site where Clairwood was then located and as a part-time receptionist. In the years since, Clairwood has grown and with that growth, Brenda has gone from part-time to full-time, from receptionist to Deal Secretary. This involves inputting sales and leases, processing all financial records and also transitioning new realtors into their new surroundings. Every day brings new clients, new transactions and, very often, new challenges, all of which make the job both interesting and fulfilling.
